AFFILIATE TERMS & AGREEMENT - **Commission structure**: - Affiliates will receive 20% commission of the retail selling price of the product(s) purchased per sale AFTER the customer discount code has been applied on the final purchase amount (excluding discounts, taxes and shipping fees). - **Payment thresholds**: -Payouts will be issued at the beginning of each month for the commissions from the previous month (eg during the first week of FEB you would be paid your JAN commissions). Currently our affiliate program is only offered in the United States due to tax laws. -**Payment Methods**: - PayPal - Check - Zelle - Apple Pay -**Tracking Affiliate Income**: - When an affiliate earns over $600, they will receive a **Form 1099**. -**Prohibited Activities**: As an affiliate, you must not engage in the following activities: Spamming: Do not send unsolicited emails or messages. Brand Misrepresentation: Do not misrepresent our brand or products. Cookie Stuffing: Do not manipulate cookies to gain unfair commissions. Paid Search Advertising: Do not bid on our brand terms or variations. -**Termination**: Box Skate Lab LLC reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's account if they violate our terms or engage in fraudulent activities at any time without notice. -**Box Skate Lab LLC reserves the right at any time without any written notice to stop/dissolve the Affiliate program. In such event all affiliates will be paid commissions on the most current previous full month.

By joining our artist collaboration program, you can earn royalties on every sale of our products that use your artwork. Join our artists collaboration program today and become a part of the Box Skate Lab community! ARTIST COLLABORATION TERMS & AGREEMENT 1. Purpose and Scope This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for collaborating with artists to create and sell Box Skate Lab LLC products featuring their artwork on our web store and/or other distribution channels. 2. Parties Involved Box Skate Lab LLC: Hereinafter referred to as the “Box Skate Lab.” Artist (Name provided in Artist Collaboration form): Hereinafter referred to as the “Artist.” 3. Artwork Licensing and Rights a. Licensing The Artist grants Box Skate Lab a non-exclusive license to use their artwork on any Box Skate Lab products. The license includes the right to reproduce, distribute, and sell the products featuring the Artist’s work. b. Ownership and Attribution The Artist retains full ownership of their artwork. Box Skate Lab agrees to credit the Artist prominently on product listings, packaging, and promotional materials. c. Ancillary Rights Ancillary rights (e.g., merchandise, promotional materials) related to the artwork are also covered by this agreement. Both parties will cooperate in promoting and exploiting these rights. 4. Compensation and Royalties Box Skate Lab agrees to pay the Artist a royalty for each product sold that uses their artwork. The royalty percentage shall be 20% of the net sale price (excluding taxes, shipping fees and Affiliate fees). If an affiliate was involved in the sale, the royalty fee will be based off all the above AFTER the affiliate fee has been taken out. Eg Artist royalty fee = 20% of ($net sale price - tax - shipping - affiliate fee). Promotion and Advertising Box Skate Lab has the right to use the Artist’s artwork for promotional purposes, including advertising, social media, and marketing campaigns. The Artist grants permission for their work to be featured in these contexts. 6. Responsibilities a. Box Skate Lab Responsibilities Manufacturing and selling the products. Properly attributing the Artist’s work. Handling customer inquiries related to the artwork. b. Artist Responsibilities Providing high-resolution digital files of the artwork. Approving final product designs before production. Assisting in promoting the collaboration. 7. Termination Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice emailed to info@boxskatelab.com. Upon termination, Box Skate Lab will cease using the Artist’s artwork. 8. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from this collaboration will be resolved amicably through negotiation. If necessary, mediation or arbitration will be pursued. 9. Miscellaneous This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. By the artist completing the Artist Collaboration form that will be considered a signature in writing and signed by both parties.
  • Lab Rats TESTER program
    Lab Rats TESTER opportunities is an ongoing program hosted by Box Skate Lab LLC. We typically have "tester opportunity windows" periodically throughout the year and socialize those periods over our social media channels. To be eligible for consideration to be a TESTER you must be over the age of 18 or over the age of 13 with a parent's permission. Submitting a TESTER form DOES NOT guarantee you will receive a product to test however, we do keep all submissions and recycle them for future testing opportunities. If you are selected to become a tester you will receive one or more of our products at no charge for testing and review. *We do our best not to send testers blem decks, but in some cases we send out decks with small imperfections. The deck itself will have no mechanical differences or limitations and most imperfections are not even noticed. TESTING + REVIEW GUIDELINES Each TESTER is expected to complete the below questions and email them back to us at INFO@BOXSKATELAB.COM When reviewing a mini skateboard, often referred to as a "fingerboard," there are several aspects to consider. Here are some review questions to help you evaluate a mini skateboard: 1. **Deck Material**: What material is the deck made from (e.g., maple, plastic, bamboo)? How does the material affect the skateboard's performance and durability? 2. **Deck Shape**: What is the shape of the deck? How does the shape influence its handling and maneuverability? 3. **Deck Length and Width**: What are the dimensions of the deck? How do these dimensions affect stability and control? 4. **Trucks**: What type of trucks are included with the mini skateboard? Are they adjustable, and do they provide a smooth ride? 5. **Wheels**: What size and durometer (hardness) are the wheels? How do these factors impact speed, grip, and ride comfort? 6. **Bearings**: What type of bearings are used in the wheels? Are they smooth and efficient for rolling? 7. **Grip Tape**: Does the deck come with grip tape, and if so, how is its quality? Does it provide a secure grip? 8. **Weight and Portability**: How heavy is the mini skateboard? Is it easy to carry around, making it suitable for commuting or travel? 9. **Deck Design**: Is there a specific design or graphic on the deck? Is it visually appealing? 10. **Ride Comfort**: How comfortable is it to ride the mini skateboard over various surfaces (e.g., sidewalks, pavement, rough terrain)? 11. **Maneuverability**: Can the mini skateboard perform sharp turns and tricks easily? 12. **Durability**: Is the skateboard built to withstand regular use and potential impacts? 13. **Price vs. Value**: Considering its price, does the mini skateboard offer good value in terms of performance and features? 14. **User Feedback**: By addressing these questions, you can provide a comprehensive review of a mini skateboard, helping potential buyers make informed decisions based on their preferences and needs.
